Growth & Partnerships Manager
Drive Product7's growth through strategic partnerships, sales initiatives, and marketing campaigns. You'll be our first dedicated growth hire.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Nigerian and African markets
- Build and nurture relationships with potential enterprise clients and partners
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Identify and close partnership opportunities with complementary SaaS products
- Represent Product7 at industry events, conferences, and meetups
- Collaborate with the product team to align marketing with product roadmap
- Track and analyze growth metrics, reporting directly to founders
- Build and mentor the future sales and marketing team as we scale
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships, or growth marketing
- Proven track record of closing deals and building partnerships
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian/African tech ecosystem
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Passion for helping businesses improve their customer feedback processes
Nice to Have
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Network within the Nigerian tech community
- Content creation and social media marketing skills
- Technical understanding of SaaS products

Send ApplicationCustomer Support Intern
Help Product7 deliver an exceptional support experience for our growing user base. You'll manage user inquiries, create help documentation, and be the voice of our customers internally.
What You'll Do
- Respond to user inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely manner
- Create and maintain help articles, FAQs, and support documentation
- Triage and escalate technical issues to the engineering team
- Collect and organize user feedback to share with the product team
- Assist with onboarding new users during the closed beta program
- Identify common pain points and suggest improvements to the product
- Help build internal support processes and templates as we scale
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with SaaS products and basic technical concepts
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field
- Genuine interest in customer experience and support
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience using help desk or ticketing tools (e.g. Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom)
- Basic understanding of the African tech ecosystem
- Content writing or documentation experience
